Excursions, Room & Board: $2,800 which includes bus transportation from Rome to Urbino, room and board at the University of Urbino dormitories, two meals a day at the University Dining Hall, , day trips and hotel accommodations for weekend excursions, three major weekend excursions and a longer departure excursion; cities including Rome and surroundings, Venice, Assisi, Florence, Gubbio and San Marino.
Course Credits: $800 per 3 credit course (2 course enrollment required at ACCI/University of Urbino)
Airfare: Approximately $1000. Please contact program director for possible group rates departing from New York.
Additional Expenses: personal expenses, individual touring, laundry, books, snacks, meals during weekend excursions, medical and living expenses, health insurance premiums, and baggage in excess of airline limits. Any additional expenses to alter the itineraries or arrangements are borne by the participants.

Refunds: Students who withdraw before May 15th will receive a 50% refund. Flight cancellations are subject to airline regulations. No refunds can be made to students for their courses or program costs after their arrival in Italy.
Financial Aid: Students who qualify for the Guaranteed Student Loan Program should consult with the Financial Aid office at their Institution. Contact program director for more information.
